Most of the products we sell are customized, so they can’t be returned. Please make sure you enter your custom information (name, date of ordination, etc.) correctly.
If we make a mistake or if a product is defective, we will provide a new one to you at no charge.
If your custom products (certificates, IDs, etc) get damaged over time, we can replace them at reduced cost.
