I try to watch The Big Lebowski on Sunday nights before the work week starts. Kind of like a refreshing church service to keep my mind limber. But sometimes I watch it on Saturday..... or sometimes during the week. Shit, man. I watch it whenever I please.
One who is a Dude must before all things keep constantly in mind...the fact that he has to take it easy.

I have been using a great app called Headspace. I'd been trying to get into a meditation routine to help be a little more dude and a little less Walter around my family and job. It's been really helpful. I also try to get about 20 minutes of exercise each day to keep fit in case I ever get invited to a garden party.

Meh, life in itself has enough "routines" from getting up everyday to go to work to feed the monkey, to simply taking a shit every day.

So I try to relax by using whatever means I see fit for the time and setting. If I'm at work and need to relax, I do this during my breaks in which I prepare a good meal and sit and enjoy it.
When home I like to have a few beers, fire up my smoker and smoke some tasty BBQ. I find watching the smoke wisp out my smoker's chimney quite relaxing while taking in the outdoors. I also like to walk in the woods down to the creek and listen to the water rushing by. I oartake in the occasional target shooting in my back forty as well and find that a great release. Or I'll pop in TBL and have a Caucasian or two while laying on the rug...

Again, whatever suits the time and place for what this dude needs at that time.

All of the above are seldom scheduled though. I just wing it.
"Is this a... what day is this???"

On and off. Did Yoga for a while. Not the Chakra 'namaste' sorta Yoga, but that DDP Yoga that turns the thing inside out and upside down and makes it a cardiovascular workout. The weight around my center kinda tells me I should get back on that. It was easy and it worked.

Past that... not much. Nothing that would be considered enough of a thing to be in a routine.

I don't have scheduled routines, but there are things I do when I feel the need to center myself. Sometimes I'll take a hot bath or take a trip to the bowling alley. I find that Bob Dylan's "The Man In Me" is an excellent song for just getting my mind limber when life starts to get too complicated.

(Edited as to not offend)

I try and read some Dudist writings most all the time, been reading (again) "Letters from the Earth" and "Monkey".

I like to play Killing Floor (A British zombie game) after school sometimes, and defiantly on the weekends. I get to let my innermost Walter out, without actually hurting anyone. I love listening to CCR. I also burn lots of incense. Helps to keep the mind limber. :D

Borderlands, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands the presequel for me. The way AI characters heads blow off and they die is very satisfying and therapeutic.

I try to take some time at the end of every day to write something, anything, even if it's just how my day was or some deep thoughts. It's cathartic.

I also listen to some good music. Lately I like The Lone Bellow.

I totally love music also!  One of my favorite activities is making and listening to playlists of music that I find particularly abiding.  Doing this while partaking of a tasty Oat Soda or White Russian only enhances the experience!

I try to make the everyday household things sacred. Playing with my children, doing the dishes, sitting on the porch. When I was single I had a lot more flexibility to craft my own routines. Now getting everyone's needs met means learning to abide with whatever is going on in the moment.

1st Post. Well ive been a dudeist for about a year now, but my only "routine" as it were is to just listen to the Big Lebowski as I prepare for the day job, sometimes even while doing my job. I have it on my Ipod for this very use.

Its just a reminder to me to let things go. "I could just be home with pee stains on my rug!" Is a great message to be reminded when one feels slighted over insignificant shit.
