Figured I'd start this since I couldn't find a similar thread. Like the title says this thread is random and can cover any and all topics within reason. And that being said, I love boiler makers for 2 reasons. 1 being I want to make room in my cooler and 2 it's the weekend so why not get drunk and take it easy.

I can't wait for my next beer

Took the last 10 days to relax and get away from everything. My girlfriend, her brother and I took a road trip throughout western Canada.
Had to stop to take in the view

Went for a tour of an oat sodas brewery


Went and saw Canada's  (or north America's) only steam powered clock

Setting up camp a couple of nights ago

And this is from just down the road from our campsite tonight

I wish I could have taken more but I did a lot of the driving

Truth be told I've never had a boilermaker but I am a fan of anything that gets the job done quickly. Those are some nice pics, man! Looks like you had a good time, I've also been on vacation the last 10 days but unfortunately I don't have any pics I can post from this pc. They are all pics from my wedding anyways so just imagine every wedding you've ever been to and they probably look something like that, haha.

Boiler makers are worth a try. And they do get the job done quickly, just be prepared for a hefty hangover. The road trip was great and well needed. Definitely needed to get away and rediscover my inner dude.

Well this week has been the shits. Crazy busy at work catching up on stuff that wasn't done while I was away on holidays, locked my keys in my house (thankfully I have a spare hidden). And one of my dogs got hit by a truck on Monday, still can't believe the little guy is gone.

Sorry to hear that, Dude! It's never easy to say goodbye to a pet. Hopefully that was an isolated rough patch and it will be smooth sailing from now on!

Took it easy for most of the day today. But I got stir crazy and decided to go pick up about 700lbs of firewood with my little truck today

Had the final walk through today so in less than 12 hours I will officially be a home owner! I think the Dude would dig the Zen cave I have planned!

Thanks Dude! Did the closing today and started the move! If there is one chore I hate it's moving, haha I think that's the best part of being a home owner, knowing that I won't have to move again for at least a few years!

And you can have your own dude cave! Moving does suck big time, but it's into a house that you own
