My three attached photos on this thread have been replaced by a message "attachment deleted by admin".

I'm not deleting any attachments, but when I upgraded the forum several months ago I realized that there was a problem with there being two attachment folders due to some installation problems I had a long time ago. I tried to combine them but it may be a database issue that is still looking for the old folder. Or were these recent attachments? If they were recent then that's a bummer because I can't imagine why that would have happened. Unless some other admin got trigger happy.

Haven't deleted anything either, sounds like a job for the Sobchet Security Company.

Anyone else missing attachments? The only thing I can think of was what I said about upgrading the forum. But I thought I did that back in October or November.

Were these large files being attached? I ask because maybe there is a file size limit; it looks like they attach, but really don't, and then looks as if like they were deleted. Is there a file limit size a dude can attach?

Your image has to be on the internet. Not on your local machine, on a website or a server with an http address. You can link to a file- or image-hosting site like Flickr, ImageShack, PhotoBucket etc; or you can upload stuff to your own Facebook or G+ photos and link it from there.

Here's how I link a photo of my dogs from my Flickr account:

So I uploaded the picture to Flickr, right-clicked it on the Flickr page, copied the URL and posted it between the [ img ] tags on the Dudeism forum Post reply form.

I'm not sure which of the cults it is that hands out the Watchtower mag but I had an experience a couple of decades ago that I just have to report.
It was a weekday and I was sitting in my living room watching teevee in my skivvies. I was expecting neither visitors nor phone calls so I was surprised when my doorbell rang. Being as it was my day off I sipped my Caucasian and remained seated in my preferred spot in front of the tv. Figured I'd wait 'em out, maybe they'd leave.
A couple minutes go by and the doorbell rings again. This time I actually turned my head slightly to the right and looked in the general direction of the front door. Hearing nothing more I resumed watching the Tele Tubbies.
A couple more minutes and my reverie is once again disturbed by that fucking bell. This time I stand from the couch, walk across the living room and walk out onto my enclosed front porch. (Yes, in my skivvies). Standing outside the screen door are two white shirted fellas with their 10 speeds parked behind them who, upon my approach blurted out "good morning brother, I wonder if we might take a few minutes to speak with you about.....". I held up my hand in the manner of a cop stopping traffic.
Once I had silence I explained to these two cult members that I was right in the middle of sacrificing a goat but if they could come back in about an hour.....
Never have seen two guys wearing white shirts with ties and backpacks mount up two 10 speeds and ride away quite that fast.
