Those "In and out" burgers are good? In my cpuntry you can find Mc Donalds, Kentuchy fried chicken and Burguer King, i don't like it.

I was vegetarian for 13 years but now, like one month ago, i have to eat some meat because the doctor told me, i never take vitamins and that wasn't good, i eat a couple of times, but now i wanna leave it again.

Ahh, yuck, I couldn't eat meat after 13 years, I would vomit.
Its been 10 years for me, except that I eat fish, so I cheat.

In the beginning I got a little weak too, but then I learned
the right way to eat:
You gotta load up on protein, eat a lot of soy products, tofu dishes,
beans, spinach, etc., and even a protein shakes and protein bars are very good too.
A multi-vitamin is good to take also.

You really have to look at the ingredients of what you buy and pay
attention and replace that protein that you miss from not eating meat.

Don't give up Dudette! You did it for 13 years for a reason right?!

Of course, people is very undude with animals, that makes me anger.

Hey new shit has come to light. My light anyway. The blonde thug is played by Mark Pellegrino - the same actor that played the abusive ex husband of Dexter's girlfriend in the TV show Dexter. Which is an awesome show, by the way. As far as serial killers go, Dexter is about as Dudeish as they come. That's not saying much, of course. Still, great show.
