Is Jackson Browne's version of Take It Easy any more palatable to the anti-Eagles sect of Dudeism?

Personally, my speculation is that The Dude just had a bad trip at an Eagles concert at some point and just couldn't repair the dissonance... but that's, like, just, well, you know...

Now for me it's Meatloaf.

But that probably comes from an old girlfriend really liking his music.

The older I get, the more I like Neil Diamond.  Who'da thunk?

I'm not big on U2, but I like Queen, The Eagles, and of course Creedence.
I don't hate a lot of the older music, but the newer stuff they play on the radios is not my thing--guess that just means I'm getting old.

And worse there's a wee windows soundbite I get when I turn on my lap top which I swear is the opening bar to Shilo!!! It's insidious and wonderful at the same time!

I won't be heading to any of his concerts soon but hey who knows?
