I haven't really listened to the Eagles, but they have a few good tunes. I myself like Queen, Freddie Mercury was a wonderful singer and the compositions are very good.

We shouldn't "hate" anything, Eagles or not.  Goes against abidin' if ya ask me.  The video for the Bohemian Rhapsody is cool, so Queen had somethin' cool happening. And Credence, well, same as U2 - I reckon they had to be doin' somethin' right to sell all those records.

I do not like Metallica (to much of a bad vibe), I worked for Hetfield at his ranch here in Marin and it is a good example of what not to spend your money on if you have TONS of it like he does. On the other hand I do like the Eagles, and yes the song Take it Easy is very Dudeist.
