That may be from what I think was called a "watercolor" or something like that special effect on the old XP version of windows movie maker. I'll have to check and get back to you. It's not on the windows 7 movie maker beta.

I downloaded some plug in  transitions and effects earlier in the week (I think 'watercolour' was in there) but they didn't work for W7, darn it. No plug ins for W7, yet.
