Can you tell than I'm bored?

I was just working on my grand dissertation on Dudelosophy for Dude University and talking about why my Dudespaper Column is called Dude Simple.

It struck me as a good time to remind people about all the great Coen Brothers films that are out there, besides The Big Lebowski.  I've been a big CB fan for a long time now and it's all solid gold, man!

In no particular order we have...

Intolerable Pederasty (a joint project they got semi-lumbered with to finish)
The Special-Lady Killers (a remake of the classic Ealing comedy, and the only CB film I've not seen, because I still can't get over the fact they made it at all, another one they got lumbered with).

Yeah, I didn't really have a good one for that... any takers on a dudely Fargo parody?

I also just found out they're currently filming a new version of True Grit, not a movie remake but a fresh book adaptation, starrting Jeff Bridges as Rooster Cogburn.  Dude Grit anyone?  Looks like it should be out around Christmas this year.  Coens + western = my ultimate movie!

Best I've some up with since is a reflection of the state of man who's intaken too much herb.  That is to say Far-gone.
