The Pima County Sheriffs dept., AZ.

A two tour marine was gunned down in his own home by a SWAT team serving a search warrant, they fired 70 rounds and he was hit by 60 bullets. The SWAT team kept EMTs out of the house for an hour while Jose(the marine) bled to death. Jose was sleeping after his night shift, also present were his wife and one of their two sons, the other was at school. Initial reports said they were there to investigate a cannabis distribution ring, no contraband was found, and nothing at the scene indicated criminal behavior, he would not have been arrested for any crime at all, if only he survived their para military tactics.

For their actions and subsequent cover up actions, I nominate the Pima County Sheriffs Department for Fascists of the week.
