Yeah, well, I think the only problem in Cakebelly's post is that he uses the term 'the catholics'. That's not the preferred nomenclature here dude! make it "some fascists within the catholic church' or something. There way more good people in the church...

There are good people in the Catholic church, but I think its sad that the people didn't take control of their church and kick the living shit out of the priests who had molested children and kick the shit out of ANYONE protecting them. The problem is that most people in the Catholic church, IMHO, are brain washed into believing bullshit like the Pope is some kind of absolute representative for God on earth and cannot be punished for what hew does. He is in fact nothing more than a religious dictator with his head up his ass a lot of the time. In reality, he's no one special, no more than anyone else. Fuck the asshole if he protects hard core criminals like child molesters.

If you are a true Catholic then take your church back, dude; demand that these sick fucks who molested children get whats coming to them. As far as I know, NOT ONE of these fucking pederasts has gone to jail for what they have done. There is simply NO excuse for what these perverted sick fucks have done. They should be in jail, NOT protected by a corrupt church. No church should be protecting child molesters.

As far as "cunt," the use of the word to refer to a woman or a woman's anatomy in a derogatory way is still pretty common. Yes, it has plenty of other uses, even in the "backward" USA. You want to use it--that's up to you--but to me, it's part of the whole hating women thing, which I think is alive and well in the US and world-wide.

Yeah, sometimes it's the way it's been said, and sometimes it's the word itself. Since I stated my problems with "cunt," it's been used over and over by different posters. I realize it's been sometimes used in a supportive way (however, not of my point of view), but most times it seems to me like as it was meant in a hostile way, as if to say, well, you don't like it, then fuck you, I'll say it as much as I damn please. Basically, I feel like a piece has been pulled out on the lane.
