Scary looking shit. How come the dudes in their undude religion don't have to cover up?

I don't know a whole lot about the religion of Islam, but it seems like the more conservative Muslim communities have the attitude that men can do what they want and if anything happens to a woman, it's her fault because men can't be expected to keep their urges in check.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems quite un-Dude.
