Dudes,

we all know that Fuck It book is really a great addition to dudely practice. Now, I discovered a handy summary of the whole book: https://contentfiesta.com/book-notes/fuck-it/

Thanks for the summary, Dude. I'm gonna print it out.  I'm a big fan of Mark Manson's classic, "The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck: A Counterintuitive Approach To Living A Good Life".  That is a regular, once a year read for me, and I find that it helps put things into perspective.  This book you recommend is a new one to me, so thank you for the summary.
Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber

As a good girl I used to avoid 'fuck it' at any cost and be prepared, oh yes, be prepared for anything. And now I realize that some people, saying 'fuck it' all the time, just got their things done somehow, and I got pain in my neck, chest and other parts.

When you say Fuck It, you let go of your hold on something usually something that's causing you pain. When you say Fuck It, you give in to the flow of life – you stop doing what you don't want to do, you finally do what you've always wanted to do, and you stop listening to people and listen to yourself.
