I know he was a pirate and very greedy for money, but I feel like Jack Sparrow really only loved the sea- regardless of how much or little money he had he always lived for his happiness and even when he wronged someone he always seemed to make up for it. He just gives me major Dude vibes. He only wants to say "fuck it, let's go sailing"

I think Jack Sparow can act in a natural way when meeting very strange people and he is always ready to try new things - which means he is a dude.
