Hey there fellow Dudes and Dudettes, here are a few possibles for your consideration. I'm sure a few have been mentioned before but hey, i'm new to the board;

Tom Robbins: Awsome writer dude.
Wilco: Awsome band dudes.
Captain Malcom Reynolds from Firefly: Awsome Captain dude.
Robbie Burns: Awsome Scottish poet dude.

What do you good people think? 

A big YES to Robbins and Burns!

Wilco?  I'm not so sure.
And I never watched Firefly, so I'll have to take your word for it.

I'd say yes to them all except the Capt. It's nothing against him, I just don't know who he is, frankly. Once I learn more about him, I could very mark it 8 for him too.

Actually, I think the pilot (Alan Tudyk; AKA "Wash") was far more of a dude...
