I've always wondered if it it possible for a person to have negative intellect.
Like an IQ of -100.
That is to say that to be associated with the individual's ideas actually leaches intellect away from those on the positive side of the metric.
This clearly puts the question to rest.
A black hole that sucks intellect out of the universe and results in a total loss of information.

On the bright side (bad pun, notwithstanding), her vote counts precisely the same as yours. I've long advocated a competency-based voting system. The only hang-up is how to test/define/apply the criteria.

It appears that every I.Q. test has it's own classification range that is based on the score calculated by the results of the test.  The lowest defined range I've found (i.e., not simply something like "Below 60") was "0-24" (the Levine and Marks IQ test from 1928), which classifies the test taker as an "idiot".  I'd say ol' Snookie there qualifies for that.
