How does what you are working on compare to the info in the link?

I'll have to read through theirs. Mine was with each state or territory getting 1 or 2 pages in a condensed format. If it's not much different, can't be arsed (as a buddy says).

Also, mine would tell you exactly where in the books you can find the laws.

I performed a wedding in DC last year for a friend.  Another friend asked me to officiate his wedding in Loudoun County, VA, but as it turns out, they will not acknowledge The Church of the Latter-Day Dude:

An Out-of-State Minister petition and $84 filing fee must be submitted to the Circuit Court. The petitioner must also submit their certificate of ordination and proof of his or her position as a minister within the church or religious organization on official church letterhead. Arbitrary and capricious, too. What, for example, are the judges' positions on ordinations conducted by US Mail, fax, pony express, telegram/telegraph, or smoke signals? At best, this shows them to be a clutch of techno-retarded Luddites.  At worst, their elevation of form over function betrays native fascistic tendencies. As Blackstone once said, "Your Honor, take off your robe and go fist yourself."*

It's a bigger kick in the yamsack that they allow ANYONE who happens to live in that county to officiate a wedding... no ordination required:

Louisiana Dude here. With the new SCOTUS ruling, I have a few friends that may want a Dudeist ceremony. Now, according to that link, I need to register with the Clerk of Court. Anyone else from La with experience in this, or any advice?

Depends on the Parish you live in, as an example Google...Lafayette parish clerk of court. there will be a website with phone numbers and what have you.
