OK, so here is a video of the continuing saga of (turn on the weird music, please) "Strange Earth Sounds" (Youtube Uploaded on Feb 4, 2012)...

Here is a collection of of the global, strange sounds from 2012 with some theories appended. If you have heard the sounds and would like to skip to the theories start at 09:15

A comment or two;

First video clip.......

The first video clip's sound is a potential hint that it's fake. In between the "earth sound" you hear natural background sounds that are very limited in sonic range; i.e., very treble and high mid range, NO low mid or bass sounds, BUT, when you hear the "earth sounds" come in they contain a considerable degree of bass that the video cam mic suspiciously failed to pick up before of the ambient sounds.

Also, the alleged "earth sounds" have a high degree of reverb that the other surrounding sounds do not have. Maybe it could be argued that the "earth sounds" come from "deep large caverns," but that reverb could have been added later for effect, as could the "earth sounds" also. The "earth sounds" sound to me to be an addition added during editing. I.e. FAKE.

Second video clip.......

The second video (the "blue sky" one) is even worse; the bass is WAY over done and an obvious addition in editing. Also, if you listen closely, the natural ambient sounds have clear (in some sections) "digital distortion" while the added "earth sounds" do not and are much cleaner than the rest of the audio. I.e., the "earth sounds" were added later and were not distorted.

Third video clip.......

In the third video we see two people standing in the woods. If you will notice, other than standing there and acting like they are looking to the sky, they are NOT making any comments about the loud "earth sounds" they are hearing; you don't hear anything like "wow, what the hell is that," or "where is that coming from," or "hey, it sounds like it is coming from over there."

In other words, there were no "earth sounds" they could hear, so they couldn't react naturally to them as they happened because the "earth sounds" were added later. They are just standing there like they are waiting for a dude in the group to finish taking a piss. Would you stand out there hearing that shit and make NO comment about what was happening? Not likely!

So that is just like my opinion, man - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Syza3wSGZk

To me, they're loonie tunes! Thoughts, dudes?

I have a friend, Murray Douglas, who heard the sound of the cosmos whilst standing at a bus stop in India. He confirmed that it was OM.

And just how did he hear it?

Boston Rockbury

Don't really know. Murray used to do a lot of weed but he wasn't high at the time. He wasn't trying to experience anything in particular - it just kinda came to him.

I once experienced being connected to the other meditators during a buddhist retreat at Lam Rim buddhist centre. When the guru sounded the little bell to signify the end of the meditation session we all just kept going. It took him 4 or 5 goes to break us out of a connected meditation-sphere vibe. We all had our eyes closed and nobody spoke. Afterwards we all knew we had communicated together through some strange vibe. The guru was the only dude out of the loop!

There's some groovy stuff out there dude!

Or maybe you were all just asleep and sharing a dream.
If you believe you can tell me what to think.
I believe I can tell you where to go.

Earth makes lots of noise. Breakers on beaches, waterfalls, traffic jams, concerts, chirping birds, thermonuclear tests, earthquakes... fools oohing and aahing over video that pranksters distribute on the internet... It's the noisiest planet in the neighborhood, but it's home.
I'm just gone, man, totally fucking gone.
