Don't ever buy anything from dealextreme.com.

I bought 50 bucks worth of stuff, a laptop cooling pad, a flash drive, and a pair of earphones.
and EVERYTHING I bought broke within 2 weeks. Flash drive died, earphones died, laptop pad....
died.

Stuff came straight from Hong Kong apparently according the postage.
I wonder if everything they sell there is shit or they only send the shitty
stuff to the gullible Americans.


(By the way.....does anybody know how to format a flash drive that doesnt work at all, I dont want to send it back with all my files on it....but when i plug it in....nothing at all man.....complete nihilism.)

T-dude, you used a your credit card. Fucking a, man. Call the credit card company (bank) and file a charge back. They will refund your money (temporarily) until they send you dispute form. If your argument is reasonable, they will "charge back" the funds from the merchant and you won't be liable for it. Best to call (or contact anyway you can) the merchant first and request a refund, so that you can say you tried to ask for your money back based on shitty merchandise. The law says that you have a right, when using a credit card to file a charge back.
