Sheesh...doesn't Uruguay have the perfect growing conditions for marijuana? Why go to a dealer when you could be partaking of the plant from your own herb garden?

If the government had any sense , they would legalize it. It doesn't make you violent or reckless like alcohol plus they would have created a whole new tax base thus bringing in revenue . They ought to know by now that they can't stop it and smoking a j doesn't make you want to commit crimes and rob little old ladies . It just makes too much sense for these  clowns to figure it out . Damned shame ...
