Peter (Ron Livingston) has many Dude-like qualities, but does scamming/stealing from Initech disqualify him?

My personal opinion is that "Office Space" is the story of Peter becoming a dude. 

He makes some mistakes on the way but in the end his attitude is very dude.
He who, dressed in comfortable apparel, digs others styles, abides, is subdued, restrained, and takin' er easy, he indeed is a Dude.

May you reach dudeness as soon as possible for the benefit of all mankind.
