Mr. Lebowski has committed to sending all of them to college.

My writing has always required an output channel.  At one time it was to stave off boredom, at one time is was writing fiction/character background for a roleplay community, and more recently I've used the Dudespaper as a creative outlet.

Sadly, I never seem to get any time to devote to fiction writing anymore.  Too many good distractions in my life.  I'm giving you all some of the blame

A few burgers, a few beers, some creative writing; your troubles are over, Rev. Yeah, this place can be a distraction, but a distraction to slack off, which is in my mind practicing practical dudeism. The forum is a worthy fucking place to hang out online.

Oh yeah, and many other good distractions besides.  A special lady, some gainful employment... it's all good.  Stops me from turning into Garth Marenghi, at any rate!

Agreed. Though I wish the lurkers would come out of hiding more often and contribute; you can see by the "reads" how many people actually frequent this beach community. And it's nice to see new blood once in a while! Mind you, a good flame war is overdue... where's that religious zealot when you need him?  ;-)  (Forget his name... you dudes know who I mean...)

I'm halfway done my next novel, but my attention span has suffered of late thanks to health issues (nothing serious... just annoying), so I write short articles occasionally, and annoy you guys in my spare time.  Fun, eh?!?
