I just had an awesome idea! What if all us dudes had an assembly or something like mine con and went bowling, watching movies, listening to music, and meeting each other. Kind of like a "religious gathering" minus the preaching and religion man.?Just chilling out.

Yes but the Lebowski fests are very Lebowskist (lots of mindless quoting of the film, not much interest in the spiritual side, bit like the Dudeist Facebook site) and not so Dudeist.

Huddling into a corner of a firelit old pub to grumble about how bloody cold it is around Winter Solstice time.  What could be more English??

i am always hoping to find a small group of DUDES to hang out with and do mini 'lebowski' events( including mindless quoting of movie lines which i enjoy very much!) so if you are in l.a. im all for having or hosting small occassional 'parties'.
i personally cant abide the huge crowds of a lebowskifest, never been to one but a smaller group would be awesome.

Anyone who is in the Dallas area or in an other state close to Dallas, Texas want to plan a little party? Or hang out?
