fucking assholes, advice please dudes, let it go i guess???...

Tough not to react.  I've been recently burned by what I *thought* was a friend, but alas, I guess it was all in my head. I cursed and swore, got angry, and eventually saw my reaction as my problem, because dude, we choose how to react.

So, the Zen thing to do is let yourself be yourself, and work at breathing into it... let it go. Be dudefully aware that in the end, we're all alone anyways when it comes to crisis.  If you're comfortable in your own skin, then this becomes easier as time goes on.

Breathe deep... grab an oat soda. Smokem' if ya gottem'. Good thing to reach out dude - mark it 8!

your right, why waste my time and energy being angry on people who are assholes, im going to choose to be chilled and not let them invade my world, thanks, good words, nothing can rattle a dude
