In echo of Dennis Weaver in McCloud, I have long involuntarily blurted, "There yuh go!" and/or "There yuh are!"

That McCloud, what a dude!

Okay, Dude, have it your way.

Today my mantra is "fuck it, I'm going bowling."  ;D

If I feel myself getting worked up about something, I simply tell myself "Stop, stop. Relax." The beauty is its simplicity. Occam was on to something with his razor.

I've also been saying "fuck it" more and more lately. It really can be quite a powerful statement.

i also like "serenity now!" from seinfeld as expounded by georges dad

Another one I have is "Big blue ice cube"

I think of a big blue ice cube above my head slowly melting and calming me down.

Mine today would be "a few burgers, a few beers; my troubles are over, dudes."
