Well Rev. Ed, I thought that it was right to use the right name, if that's the right way of speaking and if I'm not wrong. The only bad thing is that now I'm again a fucking amateur. But well, it makes sense in the whole ups and down thing. :)
Glad to meet you again man!

10 post will get you back to dude. You now need 10 to post a link...it helps to keep the spammers out of our nice quiet beach community.
Welcome back dude...you know where the bar is. 8)

Far out cckeiser, that's good, that's good, as it will surely help to achieve the modest task of keeping those spammers out. Which benefits all of us. Thanks for the welcome back and kudos to you too for the administrator thing. :)

Welcome back, dude. When were you here last? Glad to see returning dudes.  8)

I guess around one year ago. A lotta ins, a lotta out, monkeys to feed...... But now I have a bit of free time, as I'm unemployed sir, so I'm back here.
[/quote]

That's cool, dude. Unemployed is just another word for temporary slacking. Very dude like. Sounds like you continue to abide.  8)

I also gave a Dudeist sermon at the UU fellowship I attend. Well, it was about how movies (even vulgar and violent ones) can convey spiritual truths, and I focused on TBL and Pulp Fiction.

One thing I did was use the version of "Abide with Me" in the UU hymnal as part of the service. I think it's 100 or 101? I don't have the hymnal handy at the moment.

I had it as our last hymn which worked out well since I concluded the sermon with how the Dude shows us how to abide.
The whole concept abates.

DB, well, at least I try to. And, is there any better choice other than abiding at the best of our possibilities?  8)

Good point; I call that "quality abiding;" doing your best, and letting the dude-tau handle it from there. After that, I just go bowling (or listen to an mp3 of bowling).  ;D

Sorry to hear you're in the murky dark of being all out of monkey-chow, Rev!  I had an almost two year dry spell the other year, and it can get on top of you.  Glad to hear you're abiding, and glad to have you back with us.  Guess that means more time for new articles from you, eh? ;D

And anyway, every day you're not at work is like being unemployed.  You only get paid the hours you work, no matter if you're working 40 hours a week or 40 hours a year!  Working and not-working are like a constant wave of strikes and gutters.  Which is which is down to opinion ;)

Well Rev Ed, sometimes I work, sometimes I don't. Actually most of the times I don't but probably the wheel is turning again and things should go better. If only those f******g italian politicians wouldn't always propose to raise taxes as the best way to keep the economic crisis away I wouldn't need so many clams to live. Well, it works very well for them.

Anyway as you correctly say I'll have more time for articles, even if I spend a lot of it on my website. Oh well, I'll do the best I can, and then relax. In the meantime I can read yours which are always a f*****g A.  8)

Well, AF, I'm just glad you're still with us.  And I'm sad that Thomas and his crew got to meet you, but I didn't!  Must be an Italians privilage thing ;)

You'll find it funny to hear that in Edinburgh I talked to a guy who looked interested and he turned out to be Italian!  I gave him a flyer and told him to check for your Italian Dudeism website.  Looks like Italy is fast-becoming the 3rd biggest Dudeist nation :D

Now, if we can just sort out your politicans...

Thanks Rev, it's a pleasure also for me, you know, like coming back to your preferred pub, or bar if you are not into the whole UK thing, and meeting friends.

I must admit that, like you, I have a bit, well, a lot, of envy for thomas as well as he had the chance to meet many righteous dudes plus the dudely llama and I couldn't. Anyway whatever happens I'm going to come to Uk and Scotland next summer and possibly meet with dudes like you, meekon..... This year has gone this way but the next one must be different, clams or not. I'd like to meet my online friends in the real world and have a lot of good british beers together.

thanks for helping spreading Dudeism in Italy, actually I think you're pretty right, we are going to be the 3rd biggest Dudeist nation soon. So many dudes here and many more who are and don't know they are; but with time I'll find them all. Anyway if you think we have the Vatican here it makes a lot of sense, you know, the yin-yang thing.  ;D

I agree with the politicians thing too.  :'(

With thomas we have a thing going on for september which should be pretty interesting, and given that he's a professionist and not a f****ng amateur I'm sure it will be a strike.

Explain Dudeism! Shit, I have a hard enough time explaining where my train is going.
UU? Is that Unseen University?
If you believe you can tell me what to think.
I believe I can tell you where to go.
