Actually, "amen" is just a sort of affirmative kind of thing... According to th' wikipedia, it means "So be it" or "Truly."


But perhaps more interestingly, I just realized that my landlord's name is Marty.  Well, I mean, I knew that already, I just didn't make the connection... haven't seen "The Big Lebowski" in a while.

And it ain't the tenth yet, but I still have to pay the guy.  Stoopid capitalism.

To be honest Dude I'm not really one for prayers.

It's on me I rely.

I don't petition any higher power (most of the time it's good when my gods don't notice I'm around).

But if it works for you so be it.

Yes I don't know how that one works, there's no setting to allow view as far as I can see.

I noticed it just stopped working one day last year, suddenly I wasn't allowed to view any, where I once once allowed to view all.  Fascism had come to the forum, and I've tried my best to avoid it ever since   Guess it's still 1984 in profile land!

And, yeah, as for the prayer I like the sentiment.  I used to use something simple as a mantra for meditating at work during my lunch breaks that was more of a message of positive mental reinforcement.  Used to help me get through the afternoons... barely
