Here's something neat.  Get out your DVD of The Big Lebowski and try this little experiment.  First what you do is watch the Dude and get into sync with him.  Then you copy him, everything he's doing, you pantomime.  His facial expressions, gestures, movements, etc.  All the while saying what he's saying in his tone of voice.  Put yourself in his shoes, so to speak.  The idea is that motion creates emotion.  If you match the Dude, you will start feeling what the Dude is feeling.  That's just, you know, the theory, man.

Have to agree with Cake, and I tend to spill my drink if I'm leaping around with it.

A bit like the Kenect for Xbox, if I'd wanted to leap around instead of enjoying my huge TV and surround sound I would have bought a bloody Wii.

Speaking of Wii's - we got one for the twins to open of the 25th - what the hell were we thinking?!
Obviously we are going to have to play with them . . we might not make it into the new year. 

Tomorrow is my birthday.  I know I am definitely going bowling but have no plans after that.  Just go with the flow, ya know?  What do other dudes do on their birthdays besides the obvious bowling, laying around, drinking Caucasians and the occasional acid flashback?
