I'm putting in my vote for "Tumbling Tumbleweeds".

My argument:
1) It's the first song that pops into your head when you think about The Dude.
2) It was written in Los Angeles
3) Paul McCartney and John Lennon did it as a duet.
4) It is quoted in City Slickers
5) The lyrics -

A National Anthem would presuppose a "Dude Nation." Dudeism is universal and international. A dude could be from any nation or none. 

Maybe a Dudeism unofficial theme would be better, mang.
