As an ex beaten husband I object to the bias of this article. It is not only women and children who suffer this type of abuse.
My wife used to beat and kick me (she was trained in tae kwon do), she threw a stereo at me and attacked me with a serrated edge knife.
It is not just the physical violence (this can be endured), it is the mental torture that is the biggest problem.
