Here here! Yes, lead by example. Be what you would like others to be, because you believe it to be right. I agree entirely. I wish others in my area weren't so content with being limited in their interests, wanting no more than tele, snooker or the gym. They've never read a novel in their lives and won't so long as they are so reduced up top.

I didn't know any of that. Thanks for the commentary, it sounds truthful enough. If snooker is indeed a way to supply the rich with more income, they're more fucked than I thought! Don't they get enough out of their regular salaries?!
