Dudeism for all of us is different, and sometimes the same, but hey that's just, like, my opinion, man.
But how do You reading this, do Dudeism?
I'm interested as to how others practise their Dudeist philosophy in their every day lives?
I like to watch The Big Lebowski, go bowling, drink Oat Sodas & White Russians and read the various Dudeist's texts the the Dude De Ching.

How do you practise the non-practise of being Dude?

There are no places for bowling around but I have watched The Big Lebowski and I have read The Tao Te Ching so far. White Russians are definitely to be tried, I am fond of any interesting drink recipes and I turn them into real thing as soon as possible. Still as a disabled woman I need to think a bit how to handle this in general cos going right to the nearest bar at night to get fully drunk may not be the best solution in my case. Perhaps some other simple ways to relax will do. Need to adjust, right? Otherwise it goes agaist the Tao. And I am trying to be more patient when dealing with my family and boss so 'abiding' suits me perfectly at this time.

I've read The Abide Guide, and I'm most of the way through the Dude De Ching. I drink white russians only on the weekends, as part of a strict drug regimen, to keep my mind limber. I try to The Big Lebowski every other month or so, because it's a good reaffirmation of the Dude way every so often.

Day to day, I mostly just try to take it easy, and not be such a reactionary, in a country full of them. I work at adopting a laid back, Dude attitude toward adversity, and just bad days in general.

I recommend reading The Abide Guide, there are some cool techniques you can try out.

Otherwise I just try to take 'er easy and when I have to make certain decisions I ask myself: What would the Dude do? I try to meditate (or Dudeitation) regurarly, and try to do things that make me happy and at peace with myself as often as possible (like reading, watching movies and stuff). If I feel like my thinking has become too uptight, I do some writing to calm down or go for a walk.

And always keep in mind that the Dude is out there somewhere, taking it easy for all of us sinners. I certainly take comfort in that.

The Abide Guide, as well as the Dude De Ching are all excellent tools to help you keep the stress of the nihilists wanting to cut off your Johnson at bay.  I find that regular meditation is the key.  Every day, even if it's just for a short while helps to clear the mind. That and uhh, adhering to a pretty strict drug regimen to keep the mind limber, but hey, if you can't do that or it's just not your thing, then I'd suggest Zazen meditation.  I don't like "Guided Meditation" because I don't need someone else's thoughts wandering into my private residence smashing my stuff, I prefer to keep it simple.  Maybe some soothing background sounds like a Tibetan singing bowl or whale sounds, but other than that, Zazen meditation is my way of keeping sane in a world gone mad.
Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my mind, you know, uh, limber

It doesn't matter.
No really.
That is the answer.
Literally.
And it's not exhausting.

I just practice being kind, being at ease and trying not letting other's negatives bring me down
