Where can I find the date I was ordained?

I can't for the life of me find the email that I received when I became ordained. Is there an easy way to find this out or to look it up?

Oh man! I had the same problem! so, you signed up with an email right? well, check that email! it's in there somewhere! and if you make the same mistake I did and delete said email, you can make a new one at what you think is the right date. it's really no big deal if it's not exact, nobody cares. yours ordained now, and that's all that matters.

They keep a record of all ordained people that includes you're email, name and date of ordainment. I lost mine from 2013 to 2018 and I emailed them directly, gave them the name I used and the year of ordainment. I had no clue what email I used. In about a week they wrote back telling me the exact name I had used and the exact day of ordainment. Since we couldn't figure out the email address, they sent me a new digital copy a couple days later at no charge. Very Dudely way to handle it by manually searching records for my sake.
