dudeism and social anxiety

I know about social anxiety, myself at 42  have many years experience of everything you described. My wife also has the same, we both have suffered from panic attacks in public places just by being around too many people.

I'm no expert and there will be fellas wiser than myself with better advise, but I will say that Dudeism has helped me in some situations mainly one on one with strangers, but it's early days. Like when The Dude is first confronted by The Stranger he doesn't shy away, just a too and fro between them, no judgement is made just mutual respect. I still fall to pieces around crowds, but the game has only just begun.
To abide or to say Fuck it and walk away, that is the choice we all make.
