Mailing Address for Church

Hey Dudes!!Can anyone tell me what the mailing address is for the Church? I am doing a wedding in Oregon in June as an ordained priest and I need the mailing address to complete the marriage license. I emailed the request by clicking on the link and writing adress and phone in the subject line, but haven't received a response. It has been over a week now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
