Status of Dudeist Priests in Canada (specifically BC)

Happy Veterans Days fellow Dudes!

Question:  Does anyone know where we stand vis-a-vis performing marriages in Canada?  Has anyone heard of anyone succeeding at getting licensed to perform a legal wedding?  I'm not exactly sure where to start with this...

Also... Can a Canadian citizen get temporarily licensed in the US to officiate weddings? 

I would absolutely Dig some helpful hints on this.

I thought that the guy behind the counter at the beer store could perform marriages in Canada.
Doesn't Canadian Tire have an isle for it?
