Not so breaking news: This little chickenshit is getting hit with charges for desertion.

Oh, and apparently, the administration has been trying to interfere with the decision, sweep it under the rug, and/or postpone the announcement.

Also, since we brokered a prisoner trade with the Taliban, they are no longer terrorists.

The good news is that ISIS members are still terrorists...well, until we need to make a deal with them.

Well, this is awkward. I've been proven a Cassandra of sorts. In mitigation of such hubris I can only say that many other, much better, minds pointed all this out before me...but, you will notice, not any liberal ones. Anyway, http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2015/03/25/everything-the-white-house-told-you-about-bowe-bergdahl-was-wrong.html

Let's dust it up, then. It's evident the US traded a wartime traitor for five high-value enemy combatants. The administration knew, or reasonably should have known, of these circumstances before illegally approving the exchange for political purposes. See, http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/21/justice/bergdahl-prisoner-exchange/  (Warning for those with anti-fascist tendencies: the link retains the apologies and weak excuses current at the time).

So, what now? You're likely thinking, "Great, everyone is a dick - what should I do about it?" I'm working on that. I implore you to do the same. For example, does this meet constitutional  boundaries for impeachment and/or removal? I say yes.
