I was sat on my bus reading the Abide Guide again and rolling on through the Thankie section. It's mentioned that we could do it twenty times now and then. It occured to me that after a few breaths we might lose our train of thought y'know? What about a Mother Duderior created set of "Abidey Beads" Or rather than a Rosary- a "Thankery"? Maybe Mother Duderior could have something to say on it?

Find some beads made of wood and put them together with a piece of string. I did this when I realized my standard Catholic rosary is far too complicated. The good thing here is you can group the beads any way you like. There are also some tutorials on the web telling you how to make a rosary using a piece of string only but it requires more patience and time.
I recommend wood because it is nice and warm when you touch it.

Any other solutions to this are welcome of course.
