I've just joined this big fan community of the Legend that is the Dude Lebowsky, and I was wondering how much you guys identify with his character? Could you say you have adopted some of his traits in your lifestyle?
I, for one, started to drink White Russian quite often

Nice to have you along. Just a small point we're not actually a "big fan community of the Legend that is the Dude Lebowsky" we're "the slowest-growing religion in the world – Dudeism", just a note on the accepted nomenclature.

As for adopting The Dudes traits I haven't. The only thing I may have adopted is calling some friends Dude more often.

Adopting the spiritual beliefs of The Dude is what Dudeism is all about. Adopting the physical traits of The Dude character into your lifestyle, such as drinking white russians, wearing bathrobes in public, and bowling just for the sake of imitating The Dude, is just about as cool as doing the same thing as The Fonz. Cosplaying is different, or dressing as The Dude if you're appearing somewhere officially as a Dudeist priest.

I tried a White Russian because it was in the movie and I liked it so I drink them now. And I went grocery shopping in my pajamas no robe but it was 11 at night I needed munchies so I said fuck it. I think that was laziness more than dudeism lol. I paid cash no cheques lol.

If you drink caucasians because you dig them, then you're drinking caucasians for the right reason.

When I was a preteen I bought a pair of expensive Gargoyle wraparound sunglasses because of the first Terminator movie. I looked like an absolute tool and I wasted a lot of money I couldn't really afford to waste.
