This one is old news compared to CISPA (kinda lost my train of thought on what CISPA stands for). One of the funny wrinkles in CISPA allows employers (or prospective employers) to demand their employees FB screen names and passwords. Some congressman tried to introduce an amendment that would stop this but the amendment was voted down. CISPA has already passed the house and if it passes the senate the only thing that will stop it is a veto. So I'm kinda weighing the option of dumping FB. Either that or get fired for refusing to give up the password.
Google something to the effect of "does CISPA require employees to surrender social network passwords?" and you'll get a bunch of hits.
