The Dude Abides tattoo

Thought I'd share this tattoo I got earlier this month, pretty pleased with it...



It's by a talented guy over here in the UK called Jim Gray, I had sent him a Big Lebowski design but asked him to take elements of it and do his own thing. I had also talked about my interest in Taoism so there's a loose ying-yang composition going on.

One thing I didn't expect was he changed the hair colour of the girl from red to green! I wasn't really prepared for this but tattoos aren't the easiest things to change once they are on your skin and this took around 6.5 hours in one sitting so I wasn't keen on going over anything again! Anyway, can't be worried about that shit, her hair has grown on me and I am more than pleased with how it turned out.

So fuck it, green Maude it is!
