Los Angeles residents (of which I am one and trying to be the laziest one in L.A.) have been turning out to watch the US space shuttle Endeavour as it inches through the city on a giant trolley, bound for a museum.

The spacecraft that once reached 17,000mph (28,160km/h) is trundling down the city's famously low-level boulevards at a stately 2mph.

"It's pretty neat to see a spaceship in the street," a spectator told local TV.

I've been to Randy's Donut shop on the shuttle's route more times than I can remember (see the YouTube vid), I used to work not far from there. :D

Just checking - can everyone see Digitalbuddha's images? It seems that they're blocked where I am. Maybe it's a regional thing?

I can see the one with the space shuttle in the first post but the "couldn't resist" one just shows a frog in an icecube. When I try to load the URL of the image i get something that says "blocked". Bummer man. That's a bummer.

Can see it here, mang. :) Blocked? WTF? This aggression will not stand, man! Actually, it's a funny pic of the shuttle with graffiti on it. ;D
