No one's mentioned Terminator 2.  Utter classic.  It's over 20 years old already!

I've seen Zardoz three times or so over the decades. It's a 70s art science/speculative fiction flick about a dystopic future. There are two groups of people, an uber-advanced small society of immortals that live in "Vortecies" and the dregs hoi polloi stuck in 70s culture. You have to watch it yourselves to learn more.  ;D

Here's a teaser: a cult worships a giant flying head that spews firearms and ammo out of its mouth and declares:

"The penis is evil, it shoots seeds of life. The gun is good, it shoots seeds of death."

Zed is the leader of a murderous cult that worships Zardoz.

If we're going back to Zardoz then we have to include Barbarella.

Back when they really knew how to make cheese (and Jane Fonda was a lot less wrinkly).

Fukin' eh.  Great flick - but I don't think I've ever seen it all the way through; just bit and pieces on late night TV.  Is it as raunchy as they say?  I mean - not to compare it to Flesh Gordon, but I do remember hearing about it being reviewed in Playboy decades ago.

There are a couple of scenes where Fonda gets her kit off but you don't see much. :(

it of course famously was the source of Duran Duran's name from one of the characters (Actually called Durand Durand).

....I am quite a big fan of Milla Jovovich!
I like anything with her in it,and I will go out on a limb here, and state publicly, that in my humble opinion.EVERY SINGLE MOVIE EVER MADE SHOULD STAR Milla Jovovich!

I found this from Rotten Tomatoes (I thought you would appreciate it):

I do like her in Joan of Arc.

Jane Fonda was way hot but people forget about Anita Pallenberg. Super hot.
She was Keith Richards main squeeze at that time and she's the mother of his son.

Is that girly parts I see down there flapping in the wind? (2nd last shot)

More chiller than sci fi but the Michael Mann film "the keep" from the 80's is one to watch. Nazis, satanic monster, and a Jewish exorcist (of a kind!).

T2 is a fantastic film but I think it is more for the wow factor of the liquid metal guy that totally blow minds when it was released. Terminator is still the best in the franchise for me. 18 words with a heavy Austrian accent and the world was never the same. ;) imdo
