Piranha hunt under way after attacks in Chinese river

A hunt has begun for piranhas in a river by the Chinese city of Liuzhou, after two people were bitten while swimming over the weekend.

Usually indigenous to South American rivers, it is suspected some of the flesh-eating specimens may have been released into the lake by people who had smuggled them into the country as pets.

I miss mine, john conner and godzilla where their names. RIP killer fish. Some clown tossed a couple into the cooling outflow of a generation plant near here and they grew quit  large. Around here the water is to cold for them to expand territory but if someone lets them go where the water is artificially warmed like a nuke plant they survive the winters.
