Where do 'Big Lebowski' stars abide today'

"The Big Lebowski" isn't just a cult classic, it's also a watershed moment in the career of Jeff Bridges. He began filming during a career dry spell, but this 1998 movie was a rebirth, as his portrayal of Jeff "The Dude" Lebowski would stand the test of time.

Now, more than a decade later, he's a major star, with a best actor Oscar for 'Crazy Heart, 'another nomination for 'True Grit,' and a new album. But to many fans, he'll always be 'The Dude.'

Tripnastic

I never knew Steve Buscemi was an FDNY firefighter, nor did I know he worked with his old engine house after 9/11. Pretty cool.
From what is Dudeism trying to liberate us?Thinking that's too uptight.

To what state of being is Dudeism trying to bring us? Just taking it easy, man.

By what means does Dudeism attempt do this? Abiding.

I was watching MWS@G and was like, so this is what the dude was doing when he wasn't bowling. It seemed a lot of the same charicter in both movies... well. . a little. . kinda. . . ok so they kinda looked alike... maybe... ahh. screw it'. I'm going out side for a smoke.

Caesar dude

I think he looked a tad older in TMWSAG.....brings me back to my earlier point....after all the dude did write the Port Huron statement (unabridged edition)...maybe he took a ringer in a past life to ensure that the statement was actually abridged....hey then when you've taken the Government Dollar???

Dude it's a movie....just a movie....and then there's some continuity....make of it what you will...

Peace dude
