I wasn't really asking a direct question. And I'm not really moralizing anything. I'm just reminding people to take it easy. Although, in retrospect, I'm not sure that it was completely necessary...  :)

I was watching the episode of the PBS series American Masters where they talk about and interview Jeff Bridges. I thought it was kind of interesting that he has several hedge labyrinths in his backyard; In his spare time he walks along and meditates.
