how can i 'burn' an audio cd of the movie, from start to end?

i see it (TBL) in my head all day, now i'd like to hear it while in my car, etc.
im not a computer literate, so dont know if its as easy as rolling a 'j' or tougher than taking notes at a mystifyingly strange interpretive dance venue.
thoughts appreciated.
have i-tunes, no ipod as i've lost 3 in as many years( too small, man!)
just want to have a cd with the entire movie on it, all dialogue, everything.

Just sent the file to you. It's the entire movie in audio only as an .OGG file (which will play on just about any MP3 player) or can be burned like a J, no cuse' me, I mean onto a CD. Sent the link to download it to "dudeistchick@gmail.com." It will come from a website called "dropsend.com" which is a site you can use to send large files to other dudes. The file I sent you is about 85 megs. After uploading (which I just did) "It will be available for pickup by the recipient(s) for 7 days."

hey! it worked! i can't explain how it worked, my husband did it and it took him a couple hours trying to 'convert' something into something....but i have it on 2 cd's and am listening to lebowski talking about losing his legs to a chinaman in korea RIGHT NOW! im SOOOOO happy.
so happy. i've been wanting this for YEARS.
picture me in my babyshit brown nissan cube, 'the dude abides' license plate frames, on my dashboard is a rug and my 'walter' action figure i won at the party in l.a.
i AM wearing a robe and there is a copy of ' the years work in lebowski studies' in the glove compartment.
here comes walter with the whining dog! SO HAPPY right now, dude! THANKS. gonna sit here in the driveway for the next 160 minutes, totally content.

No, it didn't come from a podcast, I made it a few years ago.
