forum options????

what is the notify and quote buttons for?, also how do i send someone a message?, and what does it mean when i click on someones name and it says i cant view just anyones profile..... dudes

Well, if you wanted to send me a msg, you'd just click the little scroll icon under my forum name, avatar, post count...etc.  Notify brings a thread's content to the attention of an admin.  Quote allows you to directly quote another's post in your reply.  As for clicking on someone's name and it saying you cannot view their profile, it means your forum permissions are not set high enough for that function.

thanks, but when i click on your name it wont let me view your profile, also there is no scrole picture under you name, how do my account permissions get set?

Well, on some forums, you'll get better permissions with more posts.  Sometimes the settings for the forum will not give much to those with a low post count.  Once you've been here and posted enough to show you're not a troll or spammer, you'll most likely have more options.

To keep nihilists from spamming our members to a minimum, only Mods and Admins can see a dude's profile. We know our rights, man!

Click the "Help" button next to the HOME button and that will explain most things  Man Dude.
