BP oil spill - another piece to the puzzle

I'm just wondering if the cap they put on the leaking pipe will hold or bust open in the future; will the goddamn plane crash into the mountain again?

Yeah for sure. I noticed a lack of discussion as to just how long the so called "cap" they put on it will last. I wonder if the damn thing will "pop off" sometime in the future and we have a massive oil spill again. With BP and the Japanese nuke plant fucking things up I sometimes think we'll end up with a giant blob of glow in the dark sludge to enjoy. Nothing ever changes.

I don't know if you are aware but the chemical that  they used to disperse the oil, works by attaching itself to a molecule of oil and then as the chemical is heavier it takes the oil molecule down to the seabed.

There is four times as much oil under the sea than was deposited on top. Yes that's right 4 times!

The scale of this disaster is very much understated.

And as for how long the cap holds...who knows...remember these are the guys who decided that throwing junk including golf balls into the hole would fix the problem!

I was going to email the "golf ball" dudes and suggest they try Beanie Babies, at least that way they could claim that the children of the world are helping to protect our environment. Fucking idiots!

I wonder how long it is going to take until the people of the world get these fucking corporations under control. Multi-nationals like BP are damn near a law unto them selves buying and selling governments at will. They have an attitude that they can do what they want and that they are the most important thing on earth. Assholes the lot of them. There are some good ones out there, but they are few and far between.
