Where are you finding these dude?

That picture came from UK's "The Telegraph." It was in an article about the Oscars that I landed on looking for some information. Looks like some new shit had come to light; maybe an image from a deleted scene.

It looks like it may be from a promo shot for the movie.

Yeah, that is possible too. Some shot used on a poster or some other media.

This photo looks really posed, no like he had actually thrown a ball. The posture just looks all wrong for an action shot.

Yeah, it does. I think you're correct in saying it was a promo picture. More than likely was not an actual scene.
